SECOND FYLDE COAST DIABETES CARE CONFERENCE

The Diabetes Team at Blackpool Teaching Hospital are delighted to invite you to the second Fylde Coast Diabetes Care Conference on the 20th June 2012.
We hope that GP’s, Nurses and Hospital Doctors from the Fylde and beyond will join us for a day of presentations and discussions led by National, Regional and Local specialists in Diabetes Care.
The Conference will be held in the Post Graduate Education Centre at Victoria Hospital, Whinney Heys Road, Blackpool. Please note that dedicated additional parking will be available at Blackpool Zoo with an easy access into the hospital site.
